GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ONLINE RESERVATIONS ON THE SITE OF HOTEL EUROPE
RESERVATION AND ACCOMMODATION
HOTEL EUROPE undertakes to ensure the use of services requested and paid by the client for online booking according to the data provided by the client through the booking form for: client's name, period, number of nights, number of adults and children, regular and extra beds, price for overnight.
The reservation accepts babies up to 1.9 years old on arrival. The reservation accepts children aged 2 to 11.9 as of the date of arrival. A guest 12 years old at the time of check-in is considered an adult. Information about them should be noted with a comment at the end of the reservation, in the "Remarks" field.
The "Remarks" field in the reservation form is not binding for the hotel EUROPE, and all the wishes of the client, filled in the field in question, will be satisfied if possible.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
The prices on the website of Hotel EUROPE are in leva (BGN), including 9% VAT, tourist tax and insurance. The total amount due by the customer for the reservation is calculated automatically, depending on the number of days, the number of adults and children, and the current price offer for the period.
The reservation made and paid through the online reservation portal is GUARANTEED with 100% advance payment.
Please note that reservations are not considered guaranteed without 100% payment in advance and guests will not be accommodated.
Hotel EUROPE reserves the right to change prices and special offers on its website. In case of already made, confirmed and paid reservations, the amount due does not change, regardless of the submitted new price offers.
CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES IN RESERVATIONS
In case of cancellation, early departure or change of the online reservation already paid by the client, Hotel EUROPE refunds the amount paid for the unused reservation, charging a penalty depending on the dates of stay in the reservation and the cancellation period:
For reservations in the period: 30.10.2023. - 20.08.2024 (inclusive) - Cancellations and changes without penalty are made up to 7 days before the date of accommodation, and the full amount is refunded. In case of cancellation or changes after this period or in case of non-arrival the amount for 1 night is retained as a penalty. In case of earlier departure, the amount of the unused part of the reservation is not refundable.
Amounts for paid reservations with a discount for early bookings and special offers are not refundable. For reservations made with a discount for early bookings (all reservations made and paid by 30.10.2023) and special offers are not allowed changes, incl. change of names, type of room, type of catering, number of guests, dates of arrival and stay. A change in one of the above parameters will be considered a new reservation.
In cases of force majeure, requiring cancellation or change of the reservation, it is necessary to provide the relevant documents and evidence. Then the refund is at the discretion of the EUROPE Hotel
The refund of amounts paid for services agreed and performed by Hotel EUROPE will be made through a transaction on the card with which the payment was made on the reservation. Refunds shall be made within 30 days of the date of cancellation.
TYPES OF PAYMENTS
Payment is made electronically by debit or credit card through a virtual POS terminal
We accept payments with Visa, Visa Electron, V Pay, MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic or Maestro cards.
When choosing this method of payment, you design the reservation and manage the payment process on it in the online reservation portal on the website of the hotel EUROPE.
After you create and confirm the reservation, and proceed to its payment, the payment page opens. The payment screen is located in a 3-D Secure environment, providing complete protection of the data entered by the customer. On this screen the client enters the data from his card - card type, number, validity period and CVV2 / CVC2 code. For cards that require additional 3-D authentication, for which you are registered in the Verified by VISA or MasterCard SecureCode authentication schemes, an authentication page of your Issuing Bank opens, where you enter your authentication password.
In order to be able to use your debit card for online payments, you need to activate this service and get your secret code to use in your online payments. You can activate at any ATM.
The steps you can take to activate your service and get your secret code are: Step 1: Insert your card at the ATM. Select "Other services".
Step 2: Select the "Pay via Internet" option from the ATM menu. Step 3. Select "Secret code of BORICA" from the ATM menu.
Step 4: A message appears on the ATM screen to successfully generate your secret code.
On the receipt that will be printed, you will find the secret code you need for online payments with your debit card.
Important: At no time during the creation of the reservation, payment or after payment, the Merchant has access to the data from the cardholder's card.
Upon a successful transaction, a transaction note is displayed on the screen, which you print out and save.
At the time of online booking, the mentioned amounts will be automatically withdrawn from your card at the end of the payment process.
After successful payment of the value of the created reservation, you will receive a confirmation, number and parameters of your guaranteed reservation.

PERSONAL VALUABLES
A safe is available for your use in your hotel room. The hotel management recommends storing your valuables in it. The hotel is not responsible for money and valuables not stored in the safe.
